Welcome to ownership in Pinnacle Ridge.

The first thing you need to do is contact the strata property manager and inform him of your purchase. He will deal with the strata records and help you arrange a convenient way to pay for the monthly strata fees.  You must supply a front door key and any alarm codes needed for the strata property manager to access the unit.  You will also be provided with the userid and password that allows access to the Owner's section of this website.  The owner's section contains a forum used to discuss various topics concerning Pinnacle Ridge owners.

You will need to notify Tourism Whistler of your purchase and fill out the usage declaration.

Experience proves that the billing records for property taxes do not get updated on a timely basis. If you have not received a property tax statement by the first of June, contact the RMOW to straighten out the problem. Taxes are due on July 2 with stiff late payment penalties.

The list of utility websites is on the right so you can transfer or sign up for service. For television service, cable access is through Shaw or Telus. A satellite dish antenna is not allowed on the exterior of any building.
